Let’s talk about her mental game

You know she can play.
Let’s talk about what’s next.

If pressure, hesitation, or mistakes are getting in the way of her game, let’s talk together about what she’s experiencing and whether mental performance coaching is the right fit.

Book a Call with Coach Val

We’ll hear from your daughter, talk through what you’re seeing as her parents, and discuss her goals. If coaching is a fit, I’ll explain the program, what’s included, and the investment.

Your daughter and all decision makers must be on the call.

Please choose a time when your daughter and every parent, guardian, or other person whose approval is needed to invest in coaching can attend together. Everyone should have the chance to ask questions and hear the same information.

Before we meet

A few things to know.

Who needs to attend?

Your daughter and all financial decision makers must attend together. This includes every parent, guardian, or other person whose approval is needed to invest in coaching. I want to hear directly from your daughter, and everyone should have time to ask questions.

What if someone can’t make the time we booked?

Please reschedule for a time when everyone can join. Use the rescheduling option in your booking confirmation, if available, or contact me through the contact page.

What should we come ready to discuss?

Her basketball goals, where she feels stuck, what you’re noticing during games, and what you’ve already tried. Talk with your daughter before booking so she understands the purpose of the call and is open to discussing coaching.

Will we discuss the cost of coaching?

Yes. If my coaching is a fit for her needs, I’ll explain the program, expectations, and investment. Your family can ask questions and decide whether it makes sense.
